Hot on the heel comes another Seppukoo’s latest update, the site has received a cease and desist from Facebook.

In fact, they aren’t the first to be contacted by Facebook. Facebookdownloader.com and similar sites have been contacted in the past when they have infringed the Facebook worldwide trademark rights by using the word “Facebook” in the domain names. However, this time the cease and desist letter is fell under the violation of Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, although some of the claims can be argued with. But unfortunately, some are clear violations of the terms.

The five claims are as follows:

- Soliciting users’ Facebook login information;
- Accessing a Facebook account that belongs to someone else;
- Collecting users’ content or information using automated means;
- Sending or otherwise posting unauthorized commercial communications;
- Using Facebook’s intellectual property.
